Yes, you can do that.

Go to Tools -> Customize -> Keyboard --> Commands -> "Presentation: Presenter - Next" and assign the down key to this command.

The Microsoft mp3 parser has issues with some mp3 files. You can install the following parser, then it should work with all mp3 files:

If you want to travel with your songs to other churches, then we recommend that you install SongBeamer on a usb drive and take SongBeamer and your songs with you.

We can only support SongBeamer here on the forum, not other software.

That is currently a beta feature that is not fully developed. Both screens need to have the same resolution. Also there are issues with background video and PowerPoint (which can only be shown on one screen).

No, that is definitely not normal.

We've had rare cases where a PC had a pretty bad codec installed that created big delays when trying to load a video. The trick now is finding that one. Please get into touch with us directly so we can try to help you finding it.

That is how it should be according to the specification. If you see any different behaviour, please let us know.

Please check the current version 4.50a and see if that works better.

Windows 10 "Creators Update" requires that you update to SongBeamer 4.48. Older versions of SongBeamer will work, but there will be an inacceptable delay when displaying slides.

This will be fixed in the next version.

You can use custom verse markers if you wrtie $$M= in front of them, for example
$$M=Chorus + Ending

But we cannot automatically combine two slides into one be just using the verse order. That would be way too complicated, and usability is limited, too.

It will go back to trial mode unless you have an update key.

This should be fixed in version 4.47a. But you need to import your bibles again. Many of the bible modules have German book names in the .xml file. So we need to replace those with an internal list of book names. But that list didn't include Russian in the OSX version.

You need to add the videos using drag&drop from finder. We'll have a menu item in the final version. We'll add a language selector. We currently select the language according to the operating system settings (if it is available).

Videos are only implemented for one monitor right now. If you're using Windows 10, then you should be able to configure your display adapter so that monitor 2 and 3 should be mirrored. That will also give you better performance. Otherwise you can use an external vga or hdmi splitter.

The most obvious solution would be to install Apple Quicktime. But we recommend that you install the Matroskasplitter instead and change the options in SongBeamer:
